Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All outdoor music products will arrive in plastic wrapped cardboard boxes, and are delivered by UPS. Items are typically shipped within 3 weeks of order date.
If any box is damaged in any way, note it on the signature form, and take photos of the damage (and shipping forms) before opening the box. Some items will arrive in a heavy-duty cardboard box, and any damage does need to be noted on the signature form for those as well.
We have very few instances where a box is damaged and almost zero instances when an instrument is damaged.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return outdoor musical instruments, please use the form below to initiate the process. In the event items are returned, they will be checked-in, thoroughly inspected for damage, and we will contact you regarding your refund.
Note: All returned items will have a 30% restocking fee which covers the freight both ways and the cost of restocking the item.
